Semi-Annual Trash Chute Cleaning & Chute Maintenance

• Annual inspection of chute system, with detailed written report of findings, including potential Fire Code violations.

• Twice Yearly Cleaning and Deodorizing of Trash Chute Line(s).

• Power Wash the inside of Trash Chute with super-heated water combined with a citra-based solution/degreaser

• Clean Trash Chute Doors by hand on the inside, collected “sludge” is scraped away to allow proper closure of the door. The exterior of the trash chute doors are hand-polished with stainless steel cleaner.

• The Dumpster/Compactor Room(s) are power washed and deodorized, and Dumpsters and Compactors are treated with a time-release odor counteractant.

• Chute is treated for deterrence of rodents, roaches and other pests.

• Door hardware lubricated and tightened

• Chute Maintenance includes treating chutes for deterrence of rodents, roaches and other pests

• Six Month Chute Door Cleaning, Chute Servicing, trash chute sanitizing & deodorizing
